I’m William Nicholas, proudly known as “The Mustache Broker,” and I’m honored to call North Carolina home. I moved to the state in 2009, and since then, I’ve built my career and my life around serving people and being part of the communities I call home.

My professional background spans more than 14 years in the hospitality industry, along with experience in banking, where I developed a strong foundation in customer service, communication, relationship building, and understanding the importance of earning someone’s trust. Since entering the real estate industry in 2017, I’ve brought those same values to every client and transaction.

Real estate is about much more than buying and selling property. It’s about people, life changes, new opportunities, and helping clients make some of the biggest decisions of their lives. Whether you’re buying your first home, selling a property, looking for your next investment, or simply trying to understand the local market, my goal is to provide honest guidance, local knowledge, and a level of service you can count on.

I’m also passionate about giving back to the community. I currently serve on the High Point Regional Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors and regularly volunteer my time with community activities, fundraisers, and local organizations throughout the Triad. Each year, I help support four charity events that raise funds for various organizations serving our local communities.

And yes, there really is a story behind the mustache! I’m also a proud member of the Beard and Mustache Club of North Carolina, combining a little personality and fun with my passion for community involvement.

At the end of the day, I believe being a REALTOR® is about more than putting a sign in a yard or opening a door. It’s about building relationships, being involved in the community, showing up when people need you, and treating every client like a person—not a transaction.
